What bands would you want to see reunite?
Since Pink Floyd reunited to perform at Live 8 (and ruled) I was wondering what other bands should reunite. I would want to see the Stone Roses and The Verve reuniting.

smashing pumpkins. on the day of the release of his new record, thefutureembrace, billy corgan took out a full page ad in a newspaper, asking the band to reform. he stated he wanted "his songs back, his band back and his dreams back." i think thats sweet beyond belief. with hindsight, the pumpkins were a bit bloated, but at the time I thought they were the best thing ever.

hmmm...Screeching Weasel.
As far as bands with dead members: Clash and the Ramones. That would rock.

The Beatles?
I'm lucky I'm relatively young. None of my most favourite bands have broken up on me yet.

Ermm...I can't really think of any. I would've said The Clash, but now that Joe Strummer is dead, they better not try to replace him with some other guy for a reunion tour.
And I'd also like to see Nick Oliveri return to Queens of the Stone Age.

Bring back zombie Joe Strummer and Kurt Cobain, then i'll be happy indeed. Pink Floyd did rock at live8.
I'd like to see: The Libertines(I don't mind the babyshambles, I say clone Pete Doherty) No Doubt(not officially broken up) The Offspring(the originals) |
