Well... found "not guilty", that is. somehow it's not quite the same as being "innocent". that's all legalese, though, anyway.

Last I heard that all the evidence was just stories from people that have had a bad history with such things.

Not suprising to me. Innocent until proven guilty.

He's weird, yes, and he could be guilty, yes, but there's no evidence

As much as I hate to admit it, Talas is correct.

It's ok, we'll get him next time!

I mean, if he really is innocent. As in he didn't do it.

Yeah, I saw the thing live on CNN... I'm not surprised. Even his ex-wife Presley, who pretty much hates his guts, admitted before that she doesn't believe Jackson is a child molester.

And then there's the dubious reputation of the mother of the so called 'victim', of course.

No, not surprised at all.

The guy looks like a girl, so I'm sure he'd get molested in jail a lot. Now wouldn't that be poetic justice?

To be fair, the Jackson's defense was pretty horrible too. The guy's on trial for child molestation, and the best defense he can come up with is, "Well, it's not like I molested ALL of them!"

This case was really the battle to see which side could suck the most.

No one is ever found "innocent" in a US trial. Remember, you have to find someone guilty, beyond reasonable doubt, based on the evidence presented to you. You vote on "guilty" or "not guilty", on what they were charged with. That's how the US judicial system works.

In a way, a "not guilty" verdict is the same as "innocent" since supposedly, everyone is "innocent until proven guilty." If the person is found to not be guilty, then that would mean that she is still innocent.

But you're right, it's never referred to as "innocent."

Whilst I'm perfectly OK with them letting Jackson off, I seriously think that the man needs help. Hardly all there, mentally...

I couldn't believe the guy didn't get it when Triumph kept pressing on the fact that Michael 'came' in his pyjamas. I think those fans need help too
