I think it's from the flash on the camera. It only affected the lighting on her, and not any of the background because it's too far away. So it has a mixture of artificial and natural lighting.

It was really taken in a junkyard but I photoshopped in the scenery......

come on guy, really. why would I do that?

It was taken at an overlook here in Pennsylvania. Nowhere too exciting.

And thanks to those who gave me compliments. Mona Lisa? hardly.
