GameStop buys Electronics Boutique for $1.44 billion dollars

Adobe buys Macromedia for $3.4 billion dollars

Now americans get an increased chance to shop their games from their favourite corporate entity. And users of Flash/Freehand/Dreamweaver can look forward to seeing those products with the Adobe logo soon, probably as part of some different software package designed to integrate with Illustrator or something!

I hope EB doesn't change entirely. I love rummaging through their bargain bins and finding goodies. But Gamestop can have some good finds as well.
