Isn't it? You should watch the movie if you haven't already - Mi Otra Mitad de Naranja captures the dreamy atmosphere of Waking Life perfectly.

Wyclef Jean - Proud to be African
The album Welcome to Haiti - Creole 101

It's one excellent album. It's just... fresh. Being a non-commercial project for a small publisher Wyclef's had free hands and it really shows with the relaxed feel and the awesome mix of many music types (hip-hop, reggaeton, latin, caribbean, reggae etc...) Really one of my best albums. (Woah, this sounds like a sales pitch )

Tommy James & The Shondells- Crimson and Clover

What can I say? I love the reverb effect, and nowhere have I heard it used better.

I love the cover of that song by Joan Jett.

J.S. Bach - St. John Passion

Ooh, the overture just... How do you say it, sends shivers up your spine or something... Seriously, especially when playing it loud and then the choir part starts... (I wish there was a good smiley here)

(Edit): Now Erik Satie - Gymnopedies #1

Ah, the serenity

The Shins' new album is mostly what it's playing in my iPod at the moment. Didn't really like at first but it has grown on me; now I love most of it. It's really, really good.
