Satyricons cover of Turbonegro

It was a while since I laughed this much. The original song is funny but the cover sounds so evil and they have changed the lyrics in a few places. Hilarious!

Tom Waits - Alice

Just wow... Another reason why I really want to learn to play the saxomaphone... Also, this song works just incredibly with Tom Waits' voice. While it would be a great song with someone else singing it, his voice really puts the final touch in it, without it the song would just be another nice moody song, in my opinion.

Now Tom Waits - Ol' 55

From back when his voice wasn't that low just yet

I've been thinking about getting Swordfishtrombones by Tom Waits - would that be a good choice?

The Kills - Cheap and Cheerful (SebastiAn remix)

SebastiAn truly is a remix king, his new SEBASTIAN REMIXES compilation is awesome. Also, he was great at L'Ososphere.

Enslaved - Vertebrae

This album truly kicks ass. It's going to be really hard to choose "album of the year" since many of my favourite bands are releasing new stuff this year.
