Sidebar, oddly enough, the lead singer in that video didn't do the vocals... it was the drummer. Dunno why the stand-in but hey, great album anyway.
Entombed still put on a rather good show live although the albums have declined a bit. The question of the lead singer is rather odd, they even have the wrong name in the booklet. Nicke Andersson (the drummer) did not only do the vocals on Clandestine he also wrote more or less the whole album. He now sings in a rockband called Hellacopters which is also pretty good.

Have you heard The Crown (was called "Crown of Thorns" in the beginning)? Great band.

Nice, I'll have to check into that group some more.

These guys rock, every album a different sound:

Samael: Slavocracy (video)

I even dig the heavy techno sound of Reign of Light:

Samael: Telepath (video)

Great stuff, I dug that album. I been listening to these guys since college and I don't mind the changes.

Ever heard of Desultory? I just wish Desultory didn't come and go so quickly. That was a great group but they called it quits after 3 albums. But still, one of the best Swedish death metal bands I thought.

And to top it off, while watching the George Lopez show decided to listen to some Lowrider, but not classic style. Hell no, listened to some Exodus - Lowrider... heavy metal version, oh yeah.

"Passage" is the only Samael-album I've heard, have to check out their new stuff. I've heard about Desultory but I haven't heard any songs and I actually didn't know about the Exodus cover, ha ha ha. I often listen to their comeback-album Tempo Of the Damned, good shit.

They're playing "I Wish" in the Starbucks I'm currently sitting in. Yay!

Stevie Wonder's? Great song. I've got the DVD (1997), definitely work watching if you love that album.

They played a free show here in the spring. Quite cool. One of my favorite "alternative" bands.

The band of my old friend, simply excellent stoner rock influenced music. He is the vocalist.
