Default Finally!!!

We're finally back on broadband connection!! wooHOOOOOO!!!

The men came this morning to install the wireless, and now after practically one month of nothing but offline and.....*shudders*....AOL dial up!! ARRGH!

According to the service we got a 384k upload and 3000k download speed (the maximum amount, so even if it doesn't reach that it's still quite fast). Which means I can now play online games, stream lots of shit, watch dangerously massive amounts of hot pr0n, and get demos and more demos! It's actually a little too fast, I guess I need to get used it.

Anyways......yay.

Sure! Just give me your credit card number and mailing address and I'll send you the hot pr0n game demos in a plain brown package. Let's see, so far I have Debbie Does Herself the Still Life demo, Voracious Vixens Moment Of Silence, and Hunk On Hunk Scratches.

Thank you, both of you.

Here's a little present.

Does this mean you'll be on the forums more? Oh damn.

Just kidding. Glad that you're back on broadband! I don't know how you survived one month of dial-up. Seriously, you've earned my respect.

I did a zen job of it, shrugged, and simply said, "Heh, f#&k it, I'm this way until then."

It's startling how dependent you can get on technology. The way my life is these days, I practically live most of it online, whether doing research, writing, gaming, or doing mod work and socializing on the forums. Now I can't imagine going back to dialup, except as a last resort and only then temporarily. I was nervous about this T6 wireless service, but the speed is incredible, faster than standard DSL or cable.

My final advice to anyone: never, ever get satellite internet service. It's far less reliable than dialup and far more expensive.
