As a late response to that "European Vacation" comment: :eek:

I saw the trailer for that... and I think anyone watching that film is going to get entirely the wrong idea. I'm going to guess the people who made that film have never set foot on the continent.

And Amsterdam is trying very hard to get rid of this image. There's so much more to do there than visiting the red light district and smoking pot. At least, that's what they say.

Slightly off this topic, but why has there never been a mass meeting of AGers people? I think I remember someone mentioning something being planned a few years back, but I guess nothing ever came of it?

Oh I beg to differ. AGS has had an annual meeting, Mittens, for the last 3 years now, first in London, then Sweden, then New York, and people from all over have attended (including me at all 3). Admittedly travel costs are rather high, but it's definitely worth it.
