I'm not sure what it is exactly, but something tells me you're looking forward to Psychonauts.

Here is my newest desktop. I made the Wallpaper (and also the icons) myself (The glowing "LOOM" was made by a friend. I thank her for allowing me to use it).
I think I am going to keep this one for a while... -

Here are some cool desktops. I like this one the most. I'm trying to do one of these "transparent desktops" myself but my camera isn't very good. |

That 'Demarrer' button instead of start looks really charmant

Just out of pure curiousity, A_j, what tool do you use to fiddle with your desktop?
Also, their appears to be two of these types of thread going at the moment. Tsk etc! |

That's because the first one is where you are supposed to post pictures of your destop - or more specifically, your working space/desk. This one is where you post your desktop in your computer (the one with the wallpaper). -

I need to clear the icons off my desktop again. It's an annoying habit I have, downloading things to the desktop .

Oh, my dad inspired me to use the QuickLaunch system, and I haven't looked back since. Normally I download to desktop and shift to the My Documents folder, so it's still in, but to me there's nothing better on my LCD than having a full, hi-res uninterrupted picture as a desktop.
I've also moved my icons down into the bottom right. Lovely pic spoilt by that daft square patch.

I hate the quicklaunch bar. It has precisely two icons in it for me, and one of them is "Show Desktop" .

I keep mine hidden, but rather than icons I've configured it to show folders only. Now if I want all my internet shortcuts, I click on the quicklaunch icon for that folder and they spring up.
