Cookie. I can't think of any pies I'd have in preference.

I voted for pies, mostly for comedic reasons. I mean, come on people, pies are just a lot more funnier than cookies.

Cookie in face: not funny at all.
Pie in face: Tehehehe. Pure genious.

I vote cookies.

I never ate a pie.

I don't think there is a german equivalent to pie. We don't HAVE them here. But our beer is famous...and don't forget the Black Forest Cherry cake.

However, Cookie Monster = funny. Therefore I vote cookies.

Come on people, without cookies we would never have had the greatest example of a total lack of self restraint embodied in blue felt!

In the words of the great sage:

C is for Cookie,
That's good enough for me!
C is for Cookie,
That's good enough for me!
C is for Cookie,
That's good enough for me, so
Cookies cookies cookies all for me!

That is the problem. There. are. NO. Pies. In. Germany.

Its like with Brause. You probably won't know it, because it is a german invention (I only learned that it comes from germany yesterday. Now that I think of it, I have never seen it in other countries...). There's not even a word for "Brause" in english. Brause is a kind of crystalled powder, which you can press into sticks to eat, or put into your drinking water. It is sour (the sticks), and fizzy.

Wow. Not a single pie in the whole country? That is so weird. Was there some kind of national disaster or something? You can't import a pie?

I'm tempted to send you a pie in the mail. Because nobody should go through life not knowing what pie tastes like.

That's not really pie. It is just a salty cake with onions on top (or baked inside the dough).

Pie is an abomination unto Nuggan. But then again, Nuggan is dead.

I think it is possible to import pie.

But maybe I will get a chance to find some pie at one of the festivals at my school (I go to an english speaking, International School)

It is a pity, that the apple pie recipe in "Nanny Ogg's Cookbook" is by Bloody Stupid Johnson...

But I'll try to make some Dwarfish Drop Scones.

Probably because he didn't eat enough pie.

Make it your top priority.

It still blows my mind to think that there's a whole country full of people who have never had pie. What kind of oppressive regime do you live in over there? That's the country we should have invaded. We need to liberate the German people from the pie-hating madman Gerhard Schröder. Pie is not America's gift to the world. Pie is God's gift to every man and woman in this world.

Where's Sanjuro? He's always up for a good war. Come on, let's go invade Germany. It's a lot easier than this Iraq crap anyway. Everybody loves a good invasion of Germany.

Except for the germans.

It is nobodies doing in particular, that there are no pies. It is just, that nobody ever invented pie over here. But we have Brause, and you don't.

I think I should go on a holy crusade, to bring Brause to the poor souls all over the world!

Ahoj-Brause!

Revenge is indeed sweet. Our victory over the USA in the Semis was our revenge for the US victory over Finland in the 1991 Canada Cup Semis. 8-)

Don't sweat it, Mattsie. He's a KAKA (the german version) anyway. I wonder if that's Trep using one of his many aliases.
