Sorry it wasn't more welcoming. We have a lot of spammers come on and put "hello" threads in Chit-Chat, and then are never heard of again...:crazy:

No problem, Fantasysci5! I have seen some actions of clever spammer bots in the past (some are actually really fun to read! :D).

Sometimes I'm more of a lurker than a real person, but I'll try to do my best to pop up sometimes! ;)

Welcome aboard, TS. Sorry I wasn't around to greet your earlier, but as pointed out, we occasionally get intro threads started by spambots, and we've probably all gotten used to kind of ignoring them until the mods sort things out.

Anyway, as you may have noticed, there are lots of eager and helpful people on these forums, even here in the y-so-srs Chit Chat forum. Hope to hear lots more from you.
