Default anyone bought through mamba games before?

I'm seriously beggining to wonder if they even have any customer support staff at all...
I pre-ordered Grey Matter through them last year and was rather annoyed that they processed the paypal payment instantly rather than automatically doing so on the games release, but I let it go. on reflection I wish I hadn't
after the game was delayed I bought it on import instead and attempted to cancel my order through them... after finding no such option on their website I emailed their customer support... never got a reply
a lot of real life stuff happened around the same time and it slipped my mind for a while. anyway I ended up having to move back to the UK, and now I discover they're trying to deliver my cancelled order (which never did get refunded) to my old address in Belgium
seems they still haven't learned how to reply to emails either...

my advice, never buy through them if you can possibly help it

Hi everyone,
this is Claas from Lace Mamba Global. Jack Allin was so friendly to give us a heads-up on this thread, so I've been just made aware of what you are discussing here.
First of all, please accept my and our apologies for any inconvenience. It seems that there is some problem with our contact form, which we're working on now. For the time being, may I ask you to (re)send your emails, inquiries etc to [email protected] - and we'll take care to get everything sorted as fast as we can. Plus, we're happy to send you a free surprise gift as well, to at least make up some of the inconvenience you have experienced.

Please let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.

Apologies again, have a great day,

Claas
