We are sorry to announce that FunCom will be stopping production on thier much anticipated sequal to the highly acclaimed PC game 'The Longest Journey'.

Otherwise known as 'Dreamfall', The Longest Journey 2 was slated to be one of the most anticipated adventure games that the genre has ever seen. Combining excellent puzzles with an epic storyline.

The cancellation comes as a direct result of consulting with the game company, Lucas Arts, with thier recent cancellation of 'Sam and Max 2: Freelance Police'. Through meetings with Lucas Arts, we have realized that there is no market for adventure games at the moment.

And it would make absolutely no freaking sense to describe a game as one that is "slating up to be the most anticipated adventure game ever," and then say that no one would buy it.

P.S. I saw the entirety of the post (the april fool part) before I even started reading so you didn't get me Even if I dead read, I would've suspected it right away. (sorry, I have a need to express just how smart I am )
