Nah, it's pepsi with far less flavour, ie none. Dunno about the caffeine but it's supposed to have less sugar .. marketed as a sort of diet drink.

I haven't seen any ads for it..hmm..I wonder if they're not selling it here. How odd. What the hell is the point of pepsi WITHOUT the pepsi flavour though..? Why not just drink caffienated water with some sweetener? (Yes, that exists. It's called Java something..Aqua Java, I think..)

I don't drink alcohol, although I'm old enough to do so.

Pepsi Max = Yuck!

I've also had the displeasure of drinking things like Tab Extra... more yuck.

My favourite drinks are Coke, Mountain Dew and orange juice.

Let grasses grow and waters flow in a free and easy way
But give me enough of the rare old stuff
That's made near Galway Bay
And policemen all from Donegal, Sligo and Leitrim too
We'll give them the slip and we'll take a sip
Of the real old mountain dew.

There's a neat little still at the foot of the hill
Where the smoke curls up to the sky
By a whiff of the smell you can plainly tell
That there's poteen boys close by.
For it fills the air with a perfume rare
And betwixt both me and you
As home we roll, we can drink a bowl
Or a bucketful of mountain dew.

Now learned men as use the pen
Have writ' the praises high
Of the rare poteen from Ireland green
Distilled from wheat and rye
Away with your pills, it'll cure all ills
Be ye pagan, Christian, or Jew
So take off your coat and grease your throat
With a bucket of the mountain dew.

I'm boring It's plain H20, ice lemon tea and fruit juice for me. I don't take gassy drinks as a rule since I suffer from stomach ulcer. Currently I'm in favor for the local drink, Cat's Eye juice - uh, I've no idea what's the proper name for the fruit. That's the literal English translation from the Malay name. Yum!

No actually, it's just Pepsi without sugar, ie. artificially sweetened. Diet Pepsi, if you prefer.

If you put it like that, what's the point of drinking soft drinks at all? They are all just carbonated, flavored water with either sugar or artificial sweetener.

Pepsi Max is gorgeous! And it's not Diet pepsi, we get that too. I think (not certain) that Pepsi Max is no sugar and entirely artificial sweetner, while Diet is just 1/2 sugar or something. And PM is extremely fizzy. And it does have a taste.

Though I prefer Virgin Cola (yes from the same people who run the Airlines, the old games publisher, the music label, etc)

That's quite interesting, I've always wondered why they market sodas under different names in different countries. For instance, the no-sugar Coke is called Coca Cola Light in Finland while abroad it's either that or Diet Coke. The logic escapes me. (What's next? I already saw the no-sugar version of Mountain Dew in New York, I wonder when they'll make a decaf, no-sugar version of it. "No caffeine, no sugar, no function - just carbonated water. Do the Dew!")

And an addendum to my list: Red Bull! Don't know how I stayed awake before we had that. (Probably slept.)

The marketing for Pepsi and Pepsi Max puzzles me.
Neither of them are diet Pepsi, and they almost tastes the same. Except Pepsi Max is sweeter. But is that enough of difference to have a market for both?
I prefer Pepsi Max, myself though. But I could easily drink regular Pepsi.

You'd be surprised... as was I when I first had it. I doubt it sells outside Texas, it is a small brewery, but try to find it.
