Those flowers are gorgeous. Something about white flowers makes my heart melt...

Now that's cute, but somewhat frightening kitty.

It's a he .
Beyond all the 40 or more so cats I have had or interacted with all my life he is one hell of the most bizarre cat. His name is Sasha! People usually find persians angry looking ,but when you get used to them you see past that and its unthinkable to me now. I would personally never get a certain breed as a lot of other cats and animals are without a home but since the family got them no objection. They just got their hair cut recently, usually their hair become very difficult for such breeds as it gets too thick and harsh for them so that it starts pulling their skin so they need cuts very regurarly. Here's his step "brother" Maxi an odd loveable fellow too (yes my creepy leg in the background!) |

Fun fact the first guy Sasha is 10 years old, Maxi is 7 so even if they look young they are not :p..
Heres more kitties for you Fantasysci5! Maxi (or Maximus) Sasha here he has his own glass filled with water! which he loves, he tends to sneak up on a table and start drinking from our glasses of water! whats makes it so akward and silly is that even when you give him his own glass with water he still finds someone elses more interesting... I once tested if it he had supposely aquired a taste for shape, thats why he drinks from one glass to another. Truth is that I tried with an identical glass and he drank from it just because it was "new" . Sasha about to strike the poor hapless leaf! *now turning into more pictures of our pets thread* keep posting annabel tsa! |

Yep, I see I have no time to sleep tonight! I still want to make a picture of Annabel the way you did this one of Maxi from the side:
But because Annabel has ADHD that will be very hard. Edit: she doesn't really have ADHD; she just never sits still when you want her to! |

I don't think Persians look angry. I think both cats are absolutely adorable. Cats are my favorite animals, and I love how you capture these scenes outside, in the grass, instead of inside!

So best of luck, I was just being spontanious walking around them to get them out of guard and take constant pictures! I think that might help confusing her haha. Yeah outside makes it look much better. I am terrible at taking pictures inside as I don't know all the cameras functions and quirks so doesn't hurt being out for a change. I should do this much more frequently as the weather is great so thanks for the overwhelming response! Since I can't get my trees/lakes/mountains right I will go more simpler route towards my cats! wow tsa! very nice! maaaan makes me want to get some flower shots, maybe I can find some rare special breeds! but then again i can't tell if something is a special flower or not! :'(
Oh yeah I felt like sharing this random spontanious picture I took at the subway/tube station. Poor people if they knew I would be posting them! What makes this picture particularly interesting (at least to me) is that the angle I caughed this lady on. If you look at the bouquet it looks like a sheepshead. Well a tulip still has its beauty despite its commonplace! So I was just being silly.
Yeah we need some other people contributing too (in this epic battle) |

I have some on the way, once I just get the chance to upload them and then upload them.
But you know what might be a good idea? A sort of a "tour-around-the-neighbourhood(in a broad sense)", you know, posting pics of what it's like around where you live and what's interesting (and just generally interesting and nice pics) and the sights and all that. In an area as wide as one wishes. |

Well I don't want to spoil the fun but I made such a set of pictures already a few years ago. They can be found here, on Flickr.
I was extremely lucky today! I was on the moor near the big pond that is there, and I sat down on the floor next to this beautiful part of Nature: The picture is made with my 70-300 mm telelens because that was the only lens I had with me. But still it turned out well. Pity about the one leaf of grass that was in front of the animal but I didn't dare take it away. |
