Anybody interested in Edna bricht aus? Yep, in German. Absolutely wonderful game, I'm offering it because I want to buy the Limited Edition.

Would be great if someone had Memento Mori (in German) to trade, but I'm also looking for:

Simon the Sorcerer 4
The colour of murder
Dreamfall
D

EDIT: Has been traded.

I'll be sending the games you sent me, back to you. Thank you anyway though.

haha Okay, my dear. I won't send them.

The Sherlock Holmes one was actually a compilation of all of his works, like th stories, on a disk, but I could not get it to load. That's alright, though, because I have the set of books anyway. I thought it was a game, so not much disappointment.

I have yet to try Amerzone, though.

Sorry the game didn't work out for you. I didn't realize the Sherlock Holmes one was part of a compilation. That's what I get for not double checking it on the trading site I got it from. Oh well.

Hope you had some luck with Amerzone. It looks like a darn good game if you can get past the freeze point.

MystGirl, do you still have Nibiru: Age of Secrets? Care to trade it for something from me? My list is now the following:

My updated lists of AGs, per 6/6/2009. I'll split them in sections.

Section: the very old. Those games surely don't work on XP.
  1. Sorcerers get all the girls
  2. Spellcasting party pak. All three spellcasting games: Sorcerers get all the girls, The sorcerer's appliance, and Spring break, together on a CD, in a box with maps and a hint book.
  3. Dragon lore
  4. The lately deceased Arthur C. Clarke's Rama

Section: the old. Your mileage may vary.
  1. Dune (apparently very bad; I never played it)
  2. Starship Titanic (Dutch box but the game and manual are in English)
  3. Zork Grand Inquisitor
  4. Odyssee: the search for Ulysses
  5. Atlantis II (in a box without the wrapping)
  6. Secret of the Nautilus

Section: the (fairly) new. These should run on XP without problems.
  1. Syberia II
  2. Bad Mojo
  3. Crime Stories

That's it!

tsa, I happen to have an extra copy of Nibiru. My best friend gave it to me for Christmas a few years ago, not knowing I already bought the game when it was first released! This copy is the TAC budget release, so it's a CD-sized box with the discs in paper sleeves, but if you would like, I can put them in a special thin case designed for double CDs.

I already own almost everything in your collection (didn't like Dune either), so the only thing I'd be interested in is the Spellcasting Party Pak. Please PM me if you're interested in trading.

Would you believe I actually have three copies of this game?! The first is the one I bought, the second is the one I'd like to trade, and the third copy is part of TAC's Adventure Collection Vol. 1, consisting of Nibiru, Return to Mysterious Island, Keepsake, Dead Reefs and Secret Files: Tunguska on 2 DVDs! (I also already owned RTMI, but I figured this was by far the cheapest way to get the other three games! )

tsa, I believe I do but it looks like Trunkyo beat me to it.

I need to update my list. The only games I've been playing lately, have been Sam & Max on my computer at work, since we keep having computer issues at home.

Any chance you could post a pic of you with Emperor Battle for Dune, maybe outdoor? You can go ahead and hold the box tastefully to keep the picture forum-appropriate.

Huh, somehow I didn't realize that it is possible to trade games in this forum. Well, good to know then!

I'm looking for the following games:

Golden Immortal (Volume One) [1, 2]

7 Tage, 7 Nächte [from Pterodon Software]

Infinity One

Suspicious Cargo
[DOS only]

The Romantic Blue

GAG

In the Shadow of the Raven

Louis Cat Orze : The Mystery Of The Queen's Necklace

Town with no Name [DOS only]

Stay Tooned!

Should someone own one of the titles I'm looking for without being interested in my offers then it would be nice if they contact me anyway!

I only listed the games I can easily part from so I may have other interesting titles to trade for.

Here are my offers, in German unless noted otherwise:

3 Mega Games [contains Grand Prix 2, Advanced Tactical Fighter Gold & EF 2000]

4 Mega-Games [contains Superspy: Das Omega-Projekt, Jewels of the Oracle, Raveshuttle & Total Distortion]

Aliens - A Comic Book Adventure [1,2; shrinkwrapped]

Alive - Behind the Moon [1,2; shrinkwrapped, in jewelcase]

Archibald Applebrooks Abenteuer

Days of Oblivion

Die Rückkehr des Finsteren

Dragonriders: Chronicles of Pern [Engl. voice acting, box and manual in German & French, German, French & Englisch subtitles]

Enclave

Firo & Klawd (1, 2) [manual in German, game should be in German, too, but for me it was Spanish. Weird...]

Fur Fighters

Gilbert Goodmate

Hot Cats

Interstate '76 [1,2; shrinkwrapped, English]

John Sinclair: Evil Attacks

Kayak Extreme [in English]

K. Hawk: Survival Instinct

Lionheart: Legacy of the Crusader

Lure of the Temptress

Machines [1, 2; shrinkwrapped]

Mafia

Menzoberranzan [German manual, English game]

Nibiru

Obscure [shrinkwrapped, in Jewelcase]

Payday [1, 2; shrinkwrapped]

Redjack

Ring: The Legend of the Nibelungen [multi-lingual, with French, English, German, Italian and Spanish voice-acting. Includes subtitles in even more languages]

Rückkehr nach Krondor

Rumatas Sohn

Second Sight

Shannara

Space Bar [English game, manual and box in German]

The Awesome Adventures of Victor Vector & Yondo: The Cyberplasm Formula [English]

The Mystery of the Druids [English]

The Original Mulan [Engrish]

The Quivering

Time Gate: Knight's Chase

Tlon: Die dunkle Welt

Voodoo Kid

World of Qin: Siegel der Verdammnis

Zehn Adventures [German compilation of 10 LucasArts adventures]

Zero Zone [English]

You can also find my offers (and the descriptions of their conditions) on GameTZ.

Ozzie! I'm afraid I don't have any of the games you want, unless you'd like "Darkness Within" or something. And shipping across the world would be outrageous in price. However, I would like to ask about that one game, about the Pern Dragonriders. I didn't know there was a game!

Yeah, shipping costs to the US are quite high, that's true.

The Dragonriders of Pern game....well, I don't think that fans of the books would be delighted by it, honestly. It starts relatively strong despite its ugliness and buggyness, but soon it devolves into a serious of tedious fetch quests. Not to forget that the world looks so void of details and drearily with the colour range from gray to brown that you'll lose even more motivation to play further.
The first 3 hours are fun and if that's enough it may be an interesting title to look at. Dialogues are fun to listen to and the story starts promising. Then, when you can finally fly away with the dragon you should quit the game.
As always, MobyGames knows more!

Since I made a Paypal account, I'd like to raise some funds so I can order the new Monkey Island and Sam & Max. So I tried selling on eBay, but I guess summer's a slow time.

So, is anyone here interested in helping me out? I've got a copy of:
  • "Jack Orlando"
  • "Conspiracy" (aka "KGB")
  • "Myst" (masterpiece edition)
  • "Riven"

I might give eBay another shot after a while, though.
