AGers in So. Cal.
Take care. Boy, that's one hellova Santa Ana fire season going down.
Keep safe. |
It sounds awful. :frown:
They can't even try to contain the fires due to the winds (sometimes gusting up to 100mph). They're just trying to save whatever buildings and homes they can. The winds are supposed to finally die down in another day and then they may actually be able to fight the fire. A lot more is going to be lost in the meantime. I think this is the worst set of fires they've had down there going at once. :frown: |
I heard Marin County even sent some fire crews down there, which is crazy (we're like 400 miles from SD County)

Such a nightmare to see so many homes burn down.

A million people flee, 1,500+ buildings destroyed, oy.
All my immediate peeps are down there, Mom's in San Diego, older sister is in Thousand Oaks, little bro in Redondo Beach. So far, all they fear is the smoke and soot. The satellite images are interesting. |
It's constantly in the news here too. I hope people will be safe.
Man, I can't even imagine losing everything you have in a fire. --Erwin |
