Halle Berry's costume is plain ugly, and the comparison between the two is a testimony that radiating sexiness has nothing to do with the amount of skin you're showing.
And besides, not to discriminate, but I think Catwoman has more visual personality when she's deadly pale, like the true gothgirl she is.
