Utility programs for Windows
What Windows (XP) utility programs do you use?
I just found this very useful thing: Captain Tray It let's you minimize any program into the tray instead of the task bar. I have really missed something like this as I sometimes accidentally close FTP programs and the like when they are open in the task bar (and need to stay open for a long time) -- I've never liked having a lot of programs open (and visible in the taskbar) at the same time for some reason.

A cool thing along the same lines is Window Hider.
Another couple of things I discovered today are from Fresh Devices - which has a few completely free utilities. The ones I'm using are the download manager - Fresh Download and the hardware report utility - Fresh Diagnose.
