Meat : chicken
Seafood : tilapia
Vegetable : broccoli
Fruit : apples
Dairy : milk
Carbohydrate : bread
Beverage : water
Dessert : yoghurt

With these you can make lots of different dishes. And if I must kill my meat myself I have eggs too! With milk and yoghurt I can make cheese and butter. With bread I can make pizza. Broccoli is healthy and tastes good, and you can do lots of things with it. What more do I want?

Seafood: salmon. I love tuna too, but you can only have so much of it.
Vegetable: spinach
Fruit: blueberries
Dairy: english cheddar
Carbohydrate: wheat bread
Beverage: water
Dessert: fruit!

By the technical definition, tomatoes are, in fact, fruits. Berries, to be specific.

I kinda cheated, I know, but while I love artichokes, I cannot live without tomatoes. So I took 2 veggies and no fruits, knowing that tomatoes are berries of the nightshade family.
