Let's not forget, from the reverse perspective: 4) turn images into submit buttons without nesting the elements of the form into valid form tags, so anyone who has JavaScript disabled will only notice they have to enter the whole form again if they actually click the button and it doesn't submit and hitting enter won't make a difference either.
And of course, related: 5) think that any sort of JavaScript form validation makes their data safe. -- But that's a techie gripe.
