stepurhan: you sleep but then you get too lazy and never wake up.
lee: you get too focused and squinky feels neglected and sleeps with another guy.

i wish more people stopped trying to make music a form of commercial 'entertainment'

Presto! Popular music stops being a commercial commodity, but soon, Adventure Games are pushed back into the limelight, but they star people like Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake, and they do nothing at all, because everyone knows Justin and Britney can't handle puzzles or conversation trees, and would just hire someone else to do the crate pushing part anyway.

I wish I could predict when someone is going to post at the same time as me.

*sparklesparkle!* You are able to predict when someone is going to post at the same time as you... tomorrow.

I wish I could put my life on pause.

Being overwhelmed with curiosity you ask her if you can try your hand at it, but when you sit down and begin, you prick your finger on the needle, which was poisoned by the old woman (who is actually an evil witch). You then grow insanely sleepy and collapse in the deepest slumber of your life, never to be awakened for at least a hundred years, thereby outliving all your family members, getting fired from your job for being MIA, having your house and car repossessed, and having all your friends abandoning you and the rest of the world forgetting about you.

I wish L.A. could be more like New York or Paris.

Kapwing! You put your life on pause. Unfortunately, as you are now paused, you are unable to start your life up again.

I wish I had more beer.

^^^^ your life is now on pause, but you find yourself stuck in an unmoving scene with me unable to give you hugs.

^^^ LA suddenly becomes more like New York AND Paris, which leads to new levels of traffic congestion AND snootiness, and the property values skyrocket and you have to move to Fresno.

I wish I... no wait, same wish as last time.

*boink* Sounds vaguely rude.

You need to put a new wish up Squinky. It's definitely your turn having fulfilled Trep's (otherwise skipped) wish.

Fazoom! You are able to predict it. Unfortunately your predictions say "all the time"

Still Squinky's turn methinks.

No, stepurhan, your beer wish hasn't been granted yet. But since you asked...

*shazam!* You get more beer, but somebody's peed in it.

I wish I could dance.

*dances with you*

I wish I had more time to goof off today. Sadly, that wish can't be granted. Perhaps later.

*Twinkle* your wish is grated, you spent so much time on the forums typing that the Mrs put you on the curb.

I wish ...... I wish...... I had a hug

Granted. You immediately are picked up in a large garbage truck, which then "hugs" you into a small, compact chunk, and you are then dumped in the ocean.

I wish that people would stop with these stand-in-line-to-try-to-make-a-witty-reply-threads, and start some real discussions.

*THUD* Someone comes up behind you and gives you one of the most pleasing hugs you've ever had. Then you turn around: It's George W. Bush in nothing but a pink lace thong.

I wish I worked somewhere where they seriously respected my expertise and payed me well for it.
