What does AG's review of that game have to do with JA+ being offline?

I was wondering about the same thing. Maybe it was written in the wrong thread...?

Well it's the flow of the conversation that went from JA being offline to someone talking about their reviews/reviewers and saying he didn't quite get their system to an inside joke about Evan's (former AG chief editor) review of Runaway.
Edit: At least I think it's an inside joke.... |

Uh, yes, Fienepien is quite right. Nothing very hidden about that particular point.
Fortunately, that Runaway review was instrumental in implementing random drug testing on all our reviewers since then. (Thanks, Evan! ) |

ivinia gets the point... even if you're away for a month, you can easily catch up just by looking at ja's front page... personally, i don't like front pages that treat everything that happened a week ago as "old news"!
btw, ja is not 1st person oriented, or 3rd person oriented, or anything else oriented... each reviewer has his/her own individual likes and dislikes, and they themselves set those orientations for their own articles... they don't get any guidelines to stir their reviews in any way... and it's only natural that one will agree with some and disagree with others |

I suspect JA might have had a Mojo-style breakdown. Just a guess, though, as I can't imagine any other situation where it might take over a week to get a site moved or back online.

Anyone visited JA+ recently? I did. It seems to be online now, but it isn''t. It looks like a hijacked version of the site with loads of commercial stuff. There's is a little of the original site visible, but al those links do not work. There's something very strange going on.

Hi
I couldn't get into or onto Just Adventure either. I, would really like to know, why it is taking so long to move things. I believe the 'hijacked' version as you call it, could be the real thing. It is just that the site provider (or what you call it) has commercials on the site, reserved for sale/space. So naybe this is good news ?? |
