The thing is: When oflomump used to post as The Impostor he started calling me Jelly and even Jellybelly. <mumbles> evil brat </mumbles> I wasn't all happy about it , being in my 40s and having given birth to two children and all, that's not what a woman likes to be called. And every now and then he reminds me of it. Like in this thread, and even in my birthday greeting thread you can find a picture of red jelly.

Now that connection I didn't make (particularly since both of those nicknames predate my knowledge of that fact). Oh, believe my innocence! The first Jelly bubble was borne out of my love for the name (if only my parents had had the foresight!), while the Jelly Belly spin, which, in lieu of this connection, seems the most criminal, was a reference to those silly gourmet jelly beans of the same name. Now I shall have to think twice. Oh dear. Incidentally, that was a jelly fish, wasn't it?
