Audacity is probably the best free cross-platform sound program there is. It certainly is the best known.

I have actually used Audacity before and liked it very much!
Thanks for the reminder since I forget its name everytime.

Maybe ill upload some song idea soon hoho! *got a brandnew 12 string guitar to show off*

What exactly do you use to make these?

I like this one more than the one before. It's more musical Of course, as tsa said, not my kind of music, but in my opinion it's certainly not bad at what it does.
