1. When I was dehorning some calves my first year in practice*, one of them slipped through the chute and charged at me and I slipped and fell but managed to get up in time. The calf wasn't that big but her horns were. The other one involved a very large bull and I won't say anymore. It would sound weird to normal people.

2. Alarmed at first.

3. Yes!

*************************************
1. Do you sing out loud with the songs when you watch a musical?
2. What vegetable do you absolutely abhor?
3. If it's cold would you rather turn up the heat or bundle yourself up in a nice sweater/sweatshirt/blanket, etc?

*For the record, I'm glad I don't have to do that anymore-I'm not an ardent animal rightist but I don't like that.

1. A dog bit me on my cheek when I was four. I think that was pretty scary.
2. If I know/like the person, I'll start laughing for no apparent reason along with them. Otherwise, I just give them a strange look.
3. Depends on the food. I like fried plantains and banana bread, but I'm not particularly fond of bananas in most other things. Then again, I don't like eating plain bananas, either.

1. Depends if I like the musical and on who's watching with me.
2. Terri Schiavo. Okra.
3. I tend to put on more clothes, myself.

1. Old Sam & Max or new Sam & Max?
2. Realistic graphics or stylised graphics?
3. Is it ever possible to be completely original?

I'm sure it'll sound perfectly normal to us weirdos, do tell!

1. Old Sam and Max, new Sam & Max. I think.
2. Whichever best suits the style of the game/film/animation. I lean towards stylised so long as it's a genuinely creative style.
3. Yes and no. We all bring our own biases and sense of importance to things (how thoroughly post-modernist), but ultimately all we do is to rearrange existing ideas into a new pattern.
________

1. Answering questions or asking them?
2. The Longest Journey or Gabriel Knight?
3. Questions in which you have a choice of two items or questions that require a longer answer?

By the way, Squinky: Nice gratuitous use of Tom Lehrer earlier.

1. I derive immense pleasure out of both, which is really why I started this game in the first place.
2. Shh! Don't tell anyone, but I haven't played either. Uh... Grim Fandango!
3. Questions for which there is only one possible answer, of course!

1. My love for myself is all-consuming .
2. Grease, though I'm not a huge fan of either. Saturday Night Fever is more boring, though.
3. All-round ugliness. Or maybe it's just that I've got two arms, two legs and a head.
________

1. Can England retain the Ashes?
2. Cadbury's Cream Egg: How do you do it?
3. Making games or playing games?

1. Not a chance, mate.
2. Sans the egg.
3. I'd prefer the former if I had the resources.

1. If you were restricted to one creative medium (as a non-participant), which would it be?
2. Is the world's hatred for America justified?
3. How do you take your coffee and/or tea?

1. By non-participant, do you mean that you can only create said art, or that you are forbidden from creating such art? In any case, I say games.
2. Yeah, sure, why not?
3. I'll drink my coffee with cream/milk only, if I've got something sweet to eat with it. Otherwise, I like it with fun flavouring ingredients and whipped cream, as prepared by whatever coffee shop I happen to frequent. Tea, I usually drink by itself or in the form of a chai latte.

1. Generally, how short/long is your attention span?
2. Are you usually the straight man or the comic?
3. Do you actually believe in the When Harry Met Sally-promulgated idea that (heterosexual) men and women can't be friends because the sex part gets in the way?

1. Quite short, although it depends on the subject.
2. The comic. That's not to say that I'm funny so much as I tend to see the light in most issues and try to joke about things rather than discuss them frankly. Apparently, it's starting to get on my girlfriend's nerves.
3. Not at all, no. Although I do at some point want to sleep with just about every one of my female friends.

1. What is your name?
2. What is your quest?

1. My name is not important.
2. To invest, to invest, to invest in a better chest!
3. That depends on what I've just swallowed. Erm... African or European?

1. Peppermint mochas or gingerbread lattes?
2. What statutory holiday best describes your personality?
3. How old were you when you learned where babies came from?

1. I've had neither. They both sound revolting. I'm a bitter black man all the way. Well, often with milk, so I guess I'm a coconut. Either way, no sugar.
2. Easter. If you can explain just how a magical bunny rabbit delivering chocolate eggs to children is an appropriate way to commemorate the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, you could probably explain me, too.
3. I don't remember a time when I didn't know that, so I must have been quite young.

1. Would you date a grossly overweight and horribly disfigured person if they had a ripping personality?
2. Is it better to burn out or fade away?
3. Do you think Kevin Rudd can do it?

1. Last summer I was awake 35 h without sleep. Long and boring story. I've probably been awake longer in my youth though.
2. Around 15 hours.
3. No. I actually always start my day by taking a walk with the dog. It's a great way of waking up.

1. What unnecessary item in your possession to you value the most?

1. My computer, of course.
2. Hm, maybe only if I'd taken a look at "Who's online™" and saw The Cool Guys™(and girls too!) on this forum replying in here and badly wanted to see what they reply. In general: Hm, I've never been asked three questions at once. That's a hell of a lot of answers to come up with, you now.
3. Not at all. Since I studied computer science and digital media stuff in the last couple of years and stopped playing football years before that, I've started to grow boobs. As we all know: boobs are ugly. Aren't they?

1. Your favourite colour?
2. Your favourite record?
3. Your fav.. oh,no. Need something more.. sophisticated here. At the end of your day, is it the sun that's setting or is it the world that's continuing to spin?

  1. Red
  2. Flash by Queen (Nostalgia thing. First single I ever bought)
  3. Definitely the revolving world. I'd worry about the oceans boiling if the sun actually came down at night.
  1. Who will you spend Christmas with?
  2. What makes you get up in the morning?
  3. Do you ever click on the names of other online forumites to find out what they are doing?

1. Myself. And my parents, grandmother, aunt and brother. It's quiet, and I like it like that.
2. The alarm clock. Damn thing. Sometimes my mother, but "the alarm clock" might be a good way to describe her at those times.
3. No. I prefer the "Who's Online" page for all of my spying needs.

1. Does it worry you that I might be spying on you?

  1. I find the Yahoo Slurp Spiders' spying on me much more worrying (What the heck are those anyway? Actually they are spying on Cyphox and DeRocco at the moment)
  2. My wife. Possibly a bunch of bellringers. (We may ring the new year in again this year)
  3. Both are hideously commercialised travesties of their original meanings. In an either or I'd have to go for Halloween on that basis because it's less intrusive.
