Actually I shouldn't be hugging you, because you made Iggy sad.
But here you go anyway: (((The Impostor))) (((omloflump))) (((Impartial Observer))) Happy now? -

Thanks, I feel so much better now. But all this ridiculous chatter of hugging is going to make me hold you all in contempt of court.

Iggy, or rather Igrette, is my little foster Angeldragon child, and she's female.
"Yes, and I perform the brain surgery on the new members, to make sure no one remembers how they first found this page. Because nobody does." Exactly. And since you are not really a new member, you most likely won't need the brain surgery performed again. She's amazingly nimble with those claws of her. Here's a quick sketch of her I drew while I was in an Irish pub in Berlin: -

For the record, those two black and white people I embedded in a rather obscure clew are Arthur Lee and Grant McLennan, of Love and The Go-Betweens, respectively. I once mentioned Love as omloflump, and The Go-Betweens may have hinted at my nationality. They both died this year. As clews go, it was as bad as the rest of 'em, but any excuse for vague homoeroticism and belated memoriam.

Tactlessly understated

I am not a very good lurker, namely this thread slipped past me almost entirely.
I would just like to point out that Doug denied me being The Imposter by saying I would never call anyone "darling." This is simply not true. In fact, I often refer to girlfriends and just plain female friends as "darling." That is all. |

Thank you! I did the drawing while being in an Irish pub in Berlin, and I'm glad I got the colours right, as the light there wasn't the best. "I'm pretty! *glows with pride*" -

It is possible to offer them and then get them... ... though it might be slightly more difficult in the UK. -
