You should have just said "Yes" to keep Jatsie guessing.

A-ha! I knew I didn't just pluck that ludicrous thought from thin air, I have evidence as to its origins, behold!

You didn't expect me to stretch out over the hood, did you?
(apparently my expectations were somewhat different to what Lena actually intended, hehe.)

Good work searching the forums Jatsie. To be honest I too remember that picture and feared you might dig it up.

I'm afraid not much has happened regarding getting that car out and running. I think Mr J has done some welding on the frame, but he thinks it's more fun to work on the boat.

I'd love to help him with the car. I'm bad at metalwork but I can do the engine. Pity you are not my neighbours.

Bear in mind he can be really grumpy.

Yeah, we live way too far away from each other.

Jatsie never forgets, even if he does fill his memories with embellishments.

We live in a culture that puts style even in a boot designed to serve a purpose: Protection from wet weather. So I went and bought a pair I can wear with pride. Neither rain nor snow nor dark of night shall stay these boots about their duty!

Let's just hope they run large, as they only had one size available, which is half a size below my usual shoe size. Also, they have a zipper - let's see if they're watertight, but from what I've heard about Tretorn shoes, they seem to be of quality, so I was willing to risk it.

Here's a picture of my lovely pair of rainboots:

What do you think?

Jaz
Those are the coolest rainboots I've ever seen!
I want a pair of those too.

Btw I think Tretorn is a Swedish brand.

Yes, are they not? ^^ I knew they had rainboots with fun prints instead of unicolour on them, but I didn't know they also made them so stylish these days.

And indeed, Tretorn appears to be a Swedish brand.

There's even a nice medal with it, made in China
Sorry about the crappy picture.

I want one of those shiny lead-based Chinese choking hazards, it looks pretty.

I will, of course. I can tell you already that there are two DVDs in the box. I will watch the first one with a friend of mine next week.

I started a thread about Get Lamp in the adventure forum, not knowing you had already been talking about it. I'd love to hear your opinion of it, tsa.

BTW, each coin has an individual number. Mine is 1897 and I received my copy of Get Lamp six weeks ago. I'm glad it's such a big success. What's yours?

Mine is 2554!

I will now look up the Get Lamp thread. I've seen part of the documentary today and will post my opinions there.

Got myself a Tiffin plus carrier bag, and they even dug out one of the WEAVE collection bamboo utensil sets for me. ^_^

Can't wait for it to arrive! ^_^

Also, finally ordered "Get Lamp" too.
