Taller, not larger.
They are quite special. How long have you practiced walking on them Jaz? |

I wore them to the grocery store today. So, about half an hour? You cannot roll your feet in them. So it is a bit stompy, but you get used to it, and make smaller steps. Also, they are amazingly comfortable. -

I can understand if you want to wear them because you think they're cool looking, but comfort? I'm not convinced. (Or do you mean amazingly comfortable, considering…)

Nope. It refers to a style of music, like "New Wave" for example.

In this case they're amazingly comfortable, considering they look quite uncomfortable. They are very comfortable, and don't hurt your feet even if you walk some time, which is a feat for a boot of this type, I believe - especially seeing as they are basically shoes you wear to go out, and not shoes you wear in everyday life. I just wore them to grocery shopping because I wanted to get used to them a bit (and because it's fun to get weird looks from all the people suddenly smaller than me. ). As for stompy and forcing you to small steps, I meant that in the sense that they are loud and stompy, and you have to take small steps to keep people from thinking an elephant is approaching. It's more the noise, rather than the comfort that causes that. You can take normal steps without problems - they are not very heavy, even if they might not look like it. -

Ooh, spiffy! They remind me of some house slippers I once had. # -

It is a Hori Real Arcade Pro stick! They cost around 100 dollars, had to pay more due to taxes.. But it does feel tight even if some of the buttons are a bit loose, *but not in a burden way* but it is a great purchase. Gotten so accustomed to it that it feels weird to play fighting games with a pad. |

I found a jacket for half the price today. Also bought two hats, because I couldn't decide which one I wanted. Now I'm ready for Summer.

Windows XP, though I could obviously install Linux on it if I wanted. It's mainly to take to Australia next month, and as a tiny PC that I can lug around university; I already have a hulking great desktop to take care of the latest games, so I was after something tiny for word processing and the like, and perhaps the bit of old game playing.

It's beautiful, but wouldn't black or light blue hair fit better with the kimono?

Yes, maybe. When I bought it, I thought the light blue was white, since the pictures in the Dawanda store made it look so. But it turned out it was light blue instead. But I think it works this way too. -
