Yay, couple of days ago I ordered MacGyver season 7 and Gilmore Girls season 5.

My collection hasn't had any new additions in a long while.

MacGyver is going to get a complete series boxset in May, I hope they will include the tv movies in it and also sell them separately so I can buy those movies finally.

I've just bought my first DVD collection ever. I got Star Trek Voyager season 7 from e-Bay. I used to watch it on TV but missed the last season since it was on too late (yes, I go to bed early).

I haven't watched Bones yet except for the pilot.

I should watch the rest of the series someday perhaps...

Ah, some real gems in there: Workforce, Renaissance Man, Endgame, Critical Care (just off the top of my head). But whatever you do, don't watch Shattered! It's one of the worst Star Trek episodes ever.

If it's in that season I'll watch it allright. If you want to I can let you know what I thought about it afterwards.

It's been so long since I watched S.T Voyager. It hasn't been on TV for years. We've had S.T TNG for quite some time now and just recently they sent the very last episode. And the day after they started with season one all over again.

Ouch. Well, serves me right for trying to tell someone else what they should or shouldn't watch.

I've got:
  • Babylon 5 -- All Seasons
  • Battlestar Gallactica (new) - what's released so far
  • Children Of Dune (TV)
  • Cosmos, with Carl Sagan -- The Entire Series
  • Deadwood, Seasons 1 and 2 (all released)
  • Firefly, The Complete Series
  • Frank Herbert's Dune (TV)
  • Himalaya, Michael Palin's (I'd have all of his documentaries if it were on DVD)
  • Kids in the Hall - Complete Seasons 1 - 3
  • LOST -- Seasons 1 & 2 (all released)
  • Millennium -- All 3 Seasons
  • Monty Python's And Now For Something Completely Different (the only MP TV stuff I have)
  • Northern Exposure:Seasons 1-5 (all released so far)
  • Ren & Stimpy - Season 1 & 2 Uncut
  • Saturday Night Live - The Complete First season
  • Saturday Night Live The Best Of: Christopher Walken
  • Saturday Night Live The Best Of: Eddie Murphy
  • Saturday Night Live The Best Of: John Belushi (though I'll lose this if they release a few more seasons)
  • Saturday Night Live The Best Of: Mike Myers
  • Saturday Night Live The Best Of: Steve Martin (a new release, with 7 more skits, is due for spring '07)
  • Secret Agent Man (AKA Danger Man) Megaset (Complete Series)
  • Star Trek: The Next Generation -- The Complete Series
  • The Complete 'Walking With' Collection (Dinosaurs, Prehistoric Beasts, Allosaurus)
  • The Daily Show with John Stewart: Indecision 2004
  • The Life of Birds, David Attenborough's
  • The Prisoner Megaset (Complete Series)
  • The Tick -- Complete Series (non-Animated)
  • Triumph the Insult Comic Dog, the Best of (of course!!)
If I'd listed each season on a seperate line as some of you did, this list would be much, much longer. (You're welcome.)

I once had:
  • Buffy, the entire series
But couldn't make past season 3, so I sold it off.

My order of Star Trek preference:
  • The Next Generation
  • Voyager
  • The Original Series
  • Deep Space Nine (couldn't finish--what a soap opera)
  • Enterprise (couldn't finish)
Interestingly, while I own ST:TNG series and have watched all of the films, I don't feel the need to own any.

Khaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan!!!

At least in Europe, all Michael Palin's documentaries are on dvd. I remember that play.com at least used to sold an expensive box set that had them all.

I wonder why they're not available in the US then?

Edit: I went up to US Amazon and see some BBC Michael Palin titles with schedule releases for the near future.

Good news for you - Michael Palin's travel documentaries are fantastic. I don't know if you've seen them all already, but I reckon Himalaya was one of the weakest.

He's currently working on one covering central and eastern Europe, which I'm especially interested in.

I tend to sell my DVD box sets after I've watched them, unless they're ace or sitcoms you can watch over and over, so my 'collection' mostly consists of things I haven't got around to watching yet. I've been trying to follow this bugger on some manky TV channel, but I might forget about that and add the DVD box set to my collection instead...

I've seen them and love them. I want to see them again and own them, but that's proving difficult. So far, Himalaya and Sahara are the only ones avialable in the US. I'm waiting for the DVD release of the following:
  • Pole to Pole
  • Around the World in 80 Days
  • Ring of Fire (or whatever it's called)

Full Circle... although there is a BBC documentary called Journeys into the Ring of Fire (not with Michael Palin) which is also ace.

I'm watching Quantum Leap at the moment. I've got seasons 1-3 so far.

Also a big fan of Scrubs and Coupling.
