Well, shoes how much I know. I'm not really that much into DC I just knew he was dead. Didn't know he came back...

Yeah, he came back last year in a miniseries called, "Green Lantern: Rebirth" where he was separated from the Spectre, and brought back to life and redeemed for his crimes as Parallax. Hal Jordan now stars in a new rebooted Green Lantern series. It's a good read even if one isn't really into Green Lantern or DC in general. I got into it around the same time that I discovered the awesome V for Vendetta graphic novel; which was also translated into a great comic book movie.

I know. I saw some man-like lesbians in downtown Seattle after the gay pride parade the other day. *Shudder*

Tactlessly understated
|
a) Nietzsche's Uberman wasn't negative to begin with. His sister was a disgusting Nazi and when he became a vegetable ten years before he died, she interpreted his texts to her ends.
b) The two-Eastern-European-Jew-made Superman is still lame to no end. It represents a stillborn ideal of an America that never existed. Fuck him. |

Superman was stillborn? No wonder he seems kinda lifeless.

Superman was orignally writen as a bad guy, but when that comic bombed they brought him back as a good guy...however crappy he may be.
