Default Sage?

So Thrift Store Scott is gone? And Steve Reno is now Sage? Just trying to keep up here...

Is Sage as in "Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, and Thyme..." ?

Or Sage, as in sagebrush in the western desert?

Or perhaps Sage, as in our own Oracle of Delphi, the Sage of AG ?

Or were we feeling a bit green about the gills? Sage green?

Lynsie

Maybe he's just got old enough to enrol as a member of Sage.

(it's amazing what you can find on google)

Or, maybe it's German?

(Edit): I know, I'll change my name to General Consesus!

then I'll also change my avatar and my country and all the personal details.

But now I revealed it! D'oh! I can't do it now.

And, that's a stupid inside joke. Nevermind. I just had to say it.

Thanks Seebs! Please feel free to continue calling me Scott, Scottsie, Thrifty, or anything else you like.

I thought of just re-joining under a new name, but I figured that would cause a lot more confusion than simply changing the username on my existing account has.
Also, if I had done that, the little devil that sits on my left shoulder would have talked me into not revealing who I really was as a prank just to see if anyone caught on.

Um, I'd rather you didn't if it's all the same to you. Besides, setting wards by lighting a white candle at each of the four quadrants is a much more effective way of keeping evil spirits at bay.
Then again, a case could be made that I'm one of the evil spirits you're trying to ward off.

Hm.

You may be wise, but you've never been sage, Scottsie - so, even though this name stems from a different meaning than the one I am arguing about, I think the name doesn't suit you at all. Sage implies a peaceful, friendly wisdom.

You've got naughty wisdom.

Nothing says a sage has to have a friendly wisdom, any experience and wisom is all they need!

Of course. But who doesn't picture a Zen master when they hear 'sage'? And that... and Scott... ew, no! Nothing against Zen masters, but it just doesn't fit!

I'll be good and shut up now, though.

He's know for his attraction to Brits
His Beard and his sparkling dry wits
He spent two weeks in Reno
Trying his luck in the casino
It was hard to get it "all in", he admits

******************

There once was a man name thrifty
Who likes to use the smilie shifty
He altered his name
which was really a shame
because Thift Store was kinda nifty.

Actually, when I hear the word "sage", I think of the engine used in some Command & Conquer games. But that's probably just me.

And then there's this. You thought we wouldn't see right through you, eh Scott?
