I'm going to Germany
I still can't believe it but it's true, I'm going to Germany starting this Friday for two weeks and I think you know why.
So, I'm going to be staying at Erfurt, a city in central Germany which will function as my base of operations, from there I'll be moving around the country following the Mexican team in their first round matches. I already have plans to visit Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich and Prague and I was wondering what stuff I shouldn't miss for anything in those cities. I still have a couple of free days so if you want to recommend me other cities to visit, I would really appreciate it. Now you know the reason why I wasn't around much, I was working a lot at my office because nobody there wants to take care of my duties while I'm gone

Germany is a beautiful country, I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay there.
I wish I could see a few matches there, but I can't even though I'm only an hour away from the German border. --Erwin

You want picturesque Germany? Go to Rothenburg ob der Taube. (Beware! It is quite touristy!)
Thing is, most of the old quarters of most major towns were bombed to pieces during WWII, so it's hard to find the older buildings unless you go off the beaten track and explore the smaller villages that dot the countryside. Then again, I don't know if you'll be hanging around long enough to check out the cities... Oh, and if you're in Frankfurt, go to the Römer. It's not big, but it may be worthwhile. |

Actually, he visited for one day during which we showed him a little of our area. Also, he wrote an email soon after he had arrived back in Mexico. Um, that reminds me I should probably reply to that email sometime... I think he hasn't been logged in since because he can no longer access Adventure Gamers from his workplace computer, as it is blocked there now. -

So that clears that up. Why does reality have to be so DULL? Not that I wanted him to be hurt or whatever, but my looneyempress-basement-petdragon-fantasy kinda intrigued me...
