You know what? You may be right. He's eying her constantly. Annabel still needs my company every now and then, but she has changed already. She is so happy now she even lets me pick her up with no struggling! Amazing.

Well, today was the big day for Kees and Annabel: they were allowed together for the first time! Of course within a minute they did what rabbits do best. They have played with each other just about every minute they were out of their cages, and Annabel eventually got so tired I had to put her in another cage just so she could rest a bit and not be nudged by Kees all the time. The two of them look great together:

O, by the way Jazz, I brushed Kees today. He didn't mind having whole plucks of hair being removed from his body

But seriously, after that first day Annabel suddenly decided she'd had enough of Kees. She was scared of him; probably because he had been a bit too 'pushy.' I had to keep them in seperate cages for a few days, and make them accept each other by putting them together in a confined space for a while every now and then. Luckily Annabel soon learned that Kees is a very docile and cute rabbit, and yesterday both rabbits seemed to be annoyed to be in separate cages. So I put them together again, and they were happy! I just checked on them after 8 hours of sleep, and they were sitting happily next to each other. All's well that ends well

In other news, my two rabbits are doing fine. The biggest problem I have at the moment is the fact that Klaas LOVES plastic, especially the plastic that is around some cables. He chewed through two network cables already, and I could stop him just in time or he would have chewed through the cable of the power supply of my laptop. He is becoming an expensive rabbit. Yesterday I rabbit-proofed my house a bit, but he still found a cable to chew on. Luckily I could stop him on time. He also seems to have managed to get three of the feet off my beautiful laptop. That is a serious problem because those feet are not easily replaced. It's pretty frustrating to have a destructive rabbit walking around the house

That really stinks that he is chewing through your wires...... I just hope he doesn't get hurt chewing on them
