Addictive silly songs
I just found this song on youtube, and it is so bad yet so catchy that I can't stop playing it
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iCAFl...ht%20of%20fire At one phase I was addicted to: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AT1e3...ay%20boyfriend and listened to it like gazillion times. Is there anyone else who also falls for these silly yet catchy songs? Share with us any song that you think is silly, but you just can't stop listening to over and over and over and over .....

There's a catchy flash animation called Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny which is good, the song gets stuck in my head for days. I think this is the link:

God, thanks for reminding me of Gay Boyfriend.
I was addicted to Weird Al's "Hardware Store" at one point. "I'm going to the (going to the, going to the, going to the [going to, going to]) the HARDWARE STORE!" |

I'll have to post THIS again (posted it somewhere else not too long ago), because I was singing it in school all day. So hilarious!
Oh, and THIS is (bloody) classic! -

If I'd say there is one funny advertisement in the world, then I'd have to say it is THIS ONE (Careful, MATURE CONTENT, though humourous. It's something men see when they go to the toilet, though.). It sings!

How about The March of the Sinister Ducks featuring the vocal talents of Alan Moore, more famous for writing such great graphic literature as Watchmen.
You'll never look at ducks in the same way again.

Of course, how could I forget that one! I have it on my Mp3-player, and it's so true. I first heard it while in England. In fact, shortly after my sister played it to me in Regent's Park (I think that's the one. The one with the many ponds and lots of different breeds of birds?), we were attacked by the local ducks, pigeons and seagulls. I am pretty sure those are also responsible for the absence of the black swans (of course, the white swans are not innocent either. Everyone knows that Mute Swans are evil. It's not as though they make a secret of it either...) Anyway, always remember to Treat Your Mother Right! -

Not really a silly song, but I think it deserves Special mention, considering the subject of these forums.

Good grief! That is a whole new level of awful
So much to choose. The bizarre lyrics. The strange video. The astoundingly unco-ordinated (in both clothing and movement) backing singers. Mind you the "Mr T's rap song" should have been a warning.

Love the throaty singing at the beginning. Even if the song isn't that silly by itself, the whole composition makes it pretty silly (love when Duncan and the Sorceress join in)

I have a lot of silly songs on my MP3 player, too bad I can't find most of them on the Internet
Mmmh, I have this horrible horrible song in my mind, "Hot In The Airport" by Y. Bhekhirst. I just can't erase it from my brain, it's hypnotic... and I'm starting to like it Oh, and there's always Monkey Vs Donkey.
