Weird internet problem, please help.

I´m having some really weird problems with my computer, it seems i can´t access certain websites.
No matter how i try i can´t get these sites to work:
http://www.sunshinedna.com/
http://www.thesmokinggun.com/
I even tried using another browser, Mozilla Firefox, but that didn´t work either.
What am i doing wrong? please help.

Try using a web proxy (pick one here) to narrow the problem down to your PC.

I managed to get both of the websites to work with those proxy-things.
