Yeah woah indeed, It goes from Bleeach to Incredible Machines to some show where they are singing some japanes version of the hokey kokey or something, then back to incredible machines....is this just some guy in japan hitting record and flicking through his channels?

You can probably learn a lot about a country by doing just that!

Man that's old... England v West Indies was several years ago IIRC.

I found Athens 2004 a bigger hint!

But yes, I found that video a few days ago on a CD full of random movies I'd made, and thought it was too... random... not to do something with it. Don't worry folks, UK TV isn't always that boring - it was a lazy Sunday afternoon...
