not an especially great sample of the era, but it is interesting to see the first three doctors in the same room (and the first two in colour)

if you want to geek out, watch for bits of television studio reflected on the tardis screen, including some impressively chunky cameras!

It's not bad. There are some good scenes with Troughton and Pertwee's Doctors bickering with each other. It's also nice to see Hartnell in it as the oldest sibling keeping the others under control. (Though, if you think about it, being the first one, he should actually be the youngest).

The story itself is nothing special. I think this is the case with all of the specials involving multiple Doctors. They're all quirky in different ways, which makes the interactions among them interesting, but they never managed to build much of a story around them.

Speaking of reuinions, I really want to see the new episode.

I thought the latest episode was a little rubbish in places, though there were certainly some amusingly delivered lines, and it was fun to see K9 .

Just got done watching Series 1. Tennant'll have to grow on me. How's Series 2 compare to 1 so far? I hear it ain't as excellent.

Well, it took all of 7 minutes (the prequel to the Christmas Special) for Tennant to grow on me.

I happen to prefer the Tennant series (though I've missed a few episodes and will have to watch them over the holidays). I like the more whimsical style.
