The one time I shaved my head, I had normal (boy-length) hair about three months later. I wouldn't expect her to have hair to her shoulders and bangs by this time, but her look was more like two-three months' worth of growth by my estimate.

Then again, I just let it all grow without worrying about looking chic in the intermediate stages, and I have a very full head of hair anyway. Neither is probably true of a Hollywood starlet. Or I could just be getting my dates wrong.
