Sorry you're off Squarejaw, all the best, and hope you make it to Malaysia!

Can I just ask one question? Did SJH make a comment between Jack's two posts on the thread that got deleted later? Not trying to stir up trouble but something just doesn't jibe in that thread.
No matter what, I thing AG forums is a better place with SJH in it so I'd be very sorry he choose not to visit us anymore. |

I'm late to the party, but it seems I haven't missed anything. Don't people get tired of this kind of drama?

As for this thread, this sort of grandstanding is always emotional manipulation of some sort, so no need to pretend differently. Whatever the specific intent is fairly irrelevant. And since he chose this course, then he's invited the response he gets. Professionalism has nothing to do with refusing to be somebody's patsy. Frankly, if this has anything to do with the other thread being discussed, then I think he needs time away. Hopefully in that time he'll come to understand people reap what they sow, and if they don't like the results, they should probably re-think their approach. SJH can be an interesting, engaging guy when he's not spoiling for one-sided fights, so if that's what he brings back with him, it will certainly be welcomed. If not, he can expect more of the same, and rightfully so. And if in fact he's gone for good, I wish him well. Truly. |

Hope he eventually decides to come back.
There are lots of things that make AG a very special place to visit, the best source of news and reviews on adventure games, dedicated and talented staff members etc. but I think what makes this place unique is the forums. Visiting AG forums for me has been one of the best things that I experienced on the Net. I for one think that SJH has been one of the biggest contributor in making the AG forums a special place. I will miss him if he doesn't come back. |

I'm still happily ignorant of all what's going on here...
I haven't noticed all this that much about everyone, but then again, maybe I'm not that deep in the mysterious and loomy depths of the AGrs forums. I guess I'm still looking at the outside view of everything... Oh well, maybe it's better that way, (though maybe not, that's a common problem, is it better to be ignorant and happy or...) Wow forum drama...
If there is one thing that irks me its this type of BS. A forum is a place to share ideas and for debates. There is NO place for this crappy dramatic stuff. I've been on countless forums that went to hell simply because of it. Its not worth it. |

My personal opinion is that forum drama isn't worth paying attention to. I had to leave a mod position and an admin position due to drama, so believe me I know what I am talking about. |
