Hmmm, this thread is about electronics we'd like to get our hands on...not other things some of you would like to get your hands on.

Actually, the campus surplus unit was selling off a bunch of Bell & Howell 16mm projectors sort of recently for like $40 apiece. I could have picked one up for you

They now list this:
"Perkin Elmer 2380 Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, includes air/acetylene and nitrous oxide/acetylene burner, all manuals"

I have no idea what that is, but I kind of want one.
