O Temps, Where Art Thou?
Has Tempsie succumbed to the XBox 360, the way Samnmax went, or something much more sinister is at play, here?
Come back, Tempsie! Miss ya and your sordid sense of humour, y'know...

Where IS that irascible old curmudgeon?

Hmmm...
A while back he was asking me about a couple of vacation destinations, so he could be traveling right now.

Well, I for one am not gonna lie and evade (not to say that you guys are). temps is incredibly sweet and mischievous and playful (all the things I adore about him), but he can also be insensitive and selfish and little volatile emotionally. You know, being effectively too mean-spirited to cover up whatever vulnerabilities he prefers to hide. Nothing unusual, some people I've known are like that.
So temps, if you're reading this, you're not doing yourself a favour by lurking and spying on us in your 'absence'. You know we love you here but still, go ahead and take some time off. Hopefully you'll get your 360 and can play to your heart's content and get all your schoolwork out of the way, and then come back and get yourself into trouble here again. Brat.

From what I can tell from the limited amount of PMs that I exchanged with the guy, he seems like a kind soul. He does come off as a bit rude at times but I wouldn't mind having him covering my back in the foxhole. He will eventually come back.
Hey, I just had a thought. Why don't we give him an incentive to come back? You know like, if he come back, we will post a naked pic of Squaresie on the forums. That ought to convince him, don't you think? |
