Is this the point where you disappear, leaving only a pile of crumpled clothes?

Pretty. I like the red one, and the light pink and the white. Not too fond of the yellow one, and the star magnolia is too spindly for my taste.

I believe that it's actually impossible to hold your breath until you die. It's an autonomic reflex.

No, he disappears leaving behind a pile of neatly folded clothes. He is a proper Oxford gent after all.

You don't have wit. Sand has wit. Dry wit, too, which is the best type of wit. And insulting *you* would be a waste of his considerable talents.

That's why you first swallow the pills, then put the plastic bag over your head.

Or you don't and just carry on enjoying life.

Oh, I enjoy life. It's just that I don't enjoy a lot of the things that happen in it.

Vista™ report: It works fine, but for some reason it hangs at the shut-down point, so in order to reboot I have to physically turn it off and on. Kind of annoying.

That and the new DRM stuff makes playing DVDs a pain. Thanks a bunch, Microsoft.

No-one said you had to enjoy Microsoft.

Well, nobody says you have to like everthing about life. So that's fine.

And about Vista...See, I told you it was evil. Evil spawns more evil. Microsoft is evil incarnate. Clippy alone is so evil that Hell spat it out again, because they didn't want it around (I've said the same thing about grey squirrels, but at least that's just a question of upbringing).

Once I beat Bill Gates around the head with a grey squirrel.

Yeah, I know what that's like. Sometimes you just have to choose the lesser of two evils.

*Ouch*.

I'm looking forward to Vista. I'll still have dialup, but a change of pace would be nice.
