Actually, I was talking about dog sled racing. A "Musher" is the guy that steers the sled. I didn't know it was written with a "u", though. It's derived from the french "marcher".

My copy of Windows Vista Ultimate arrived!
It's a shame that my competition win is 32-bit only, but I can hardly complain . |

I still don't know what the devil rode you to think Windows Vista is good.

It depends. I was not suggesting that any devil rode him, but rather that anything could have rode him, including devils. I think something much more evil than devils rode him. We're talking of *Windows* after all. In German we say it this way: "Was zum Teufel hat dich denn geritten?!" - "What the devil [actually: "to the Devil"] rode you?!" In other news, I present to you Bishop, the chaotic evil ranger from "Neverwinter Nights 2"...on a swing! I've been told this image kills his dangerous side forever. -

Actually, Vista seems quite nice so far (though I'm having trouble getting the wireless internet connection working). I hasten to add that I've kept my XP install, so it's not like I'm downgrading...

So I take it that you are into swinging then. I had no idea Texas was such a liberal place.

Rob, that's what you say now but you will be singing a different tune once the thread is actually gone. It's just like your health, you see, you won't miss it until it's gone. I mean what else other than this thread are you going to use as a ready-made excuse to delay having to write those darned essays?
Love the thread. Nurture it, don't kill it.
