I'd like to save the amination in the ad on the right. Problem is, I can't right click and save the animation to my computer because it's Flash Player. Any ideas?

Did you clean out your internet files, go back to the page, then go back into your temporary internet files and save any flash items? (I think they're tagged as a .swf file)
Somebody say post? |

In internet Explorer it's tools>internet options. when you get to internet options you go to the part labeled browsing history and you hit the settings then view files.
The direct address reads C: \Documents and Settings\(XP login name)\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files Last edited by rlpw; 01-04-2007 at 01:39 PM. Reason: I had to put in a space to keep a smiley from appearing |

Wouldn't work; I've got a backup. I'm not about to let this thread die from my absence, you know.

Pft...we only have one working PC in our house. And it's mine....all mine... Muhahahaha
Come to think of it Mr J (I'll start calling him that from now on.) has a job-laptop. And I am thinking about bringing the old one (win -98) down from the attic in order to play some older games that won't work on my XP.

I should really look into getting a relatively cheap (used, if necessary) laptop. The others here wish to hog the computer, so I'll thwart them by getting something portable....

It amazes me that people do not recycle there old PC's that much. Mine is over 3 years old and though I still have some problems with it I have also upgraded it a little bit every year. Memory, graphics cards, DVD burner, and so on are so easy to install it's not even funny. My childrens PC is only a 1.5 gig processor and I added 512 MB DDR, DVD drive, and an old ATI 9200 graphics card. I also put in Linux instead of Windows since all they do is netsurf and store music on it.
I try to get all the old PC's I can get my hands on and hodjepodge them together for friends and family. It's sort of a hobby. |
