No idea, there was a windows automatic update wanting to restart my computer so I just left it on over night then come back to it not being able to load...after some messing about with it I managed to stop it from automaticly restarting when theres an error and found that its cause theres something wrong with some urlmon.dll...bad image or something, and windows wont reinstall unless it formats my hard drives but I was to keep all my stuff
Ill need to find out how to open this case and stick a new hard drive in so I can install windows on it and save the stuff thats still on my hardrives

My question was "What is it?" I googled and found (among other things) this MS knowledgebase article. If that was your error, the article describes how to fix it.
Edit: Oh, it wasn't it. Nasty error.

Knoppix is your friend... its a version of Linux that can boot from a CD and let you save your files. Or you can probably download a boot disk image from the MS site, and there are tools to repair broken files...

I probably should be worried about posting directly after Jat, considering he's added a mistle toe to his avatar. Anyway,
I've suddenly been reminded of the rap song at the end cradits of Gears of War. If anything can kill a thread, I'd put my money on it.
