Actually the "macaroni" reference in Yankee Doodle is almost certainly to do with a fashion style of around that period)

Don't you dare. After waiting a month for BlahDVD to dispatch it...

Mind you, £35 for four seasons really isn't bad.

Ah, thanks ppl. I was 90% sure I wrote it correctly, but since it kept reacting to it, I became more and more unsure.. "favorite" looked so strange..

Yeah, I remembered her from Matchstick Men and thought she was a pretty precocious character, but after seeing images from most of her career, I now realize she's a poor fit.

I'll throw in Minnie Driver as well. She's an odd fit, but then so are you. Odd but wonderful.

Hollywood is doing a terrible job of casting for your bio.

I assume Firefox has a way to switch to a more "correct" dictionary? I've set my Mac (Safari and Mail along with other programs) to use Canadian English for spell checking. I don't know what the difference is compared to British English, but it accepts thing like colour happily.

Oh, you're way too kind. Maybe I should just play myself. I am on IMDB, after all.

You, of course, will be played by Cary Elwes.

Quite. Or at least like a true non-American (and thus someone who is right!).

Actually, that's just where you're mistaken. I'm about as un-American as someone born here could be. My mission, however, is to discredit stereotypes by personifying them. Feel free to pan me, naturally.

I met this American dude, and when he found out I was foreign, he started jokingly saying a lot of disparaging things about America/Americans. Do you think he just assumed that I would have an anti-American outlook & join the fun, or was he seriously coming from such a self-depreciating perspective? I wanna know whether I had been stereotyped as an American-hating foreigner.

If I had done that, I think he would've been likelier to make fun of Kazakhstan.
