They'll write about how they're sorry that you're not satisfied with the store, and they'll send you some coupons.

Coupons are for the poor, I am almost certain Marks & Spencer do not do coupons.

I expect a voucher at the least.

I suspect you'll get a voucher and an apology. Or a refund on the item you didn't actually buy and an apology.

Coupons are for the thrifty. And I would tell you to handle it the American Way. Call, Cuss, Demand, Threaten, Hang up defiantly!

Oh and the Thread is now a Zombie in my vast Empire of the Undead so it cannot die unless I have the whim

The Looney Empress et Entourage sit down, with a sign in her highness' hands, which has written upon it's pale surface:

We shalt not be movedth!

I think you'll find that I've put the supply of brains somewhere far out of reach (and outside this Thread™).

The Loony Empress has got me worried the way she simply pops up randomly. I dare say that she's got me glancing over my shoulder in fear that she'll suddenly pop up without warning.

Iron
Rubber
Chicken.

The Threadâ„¢ should have imploded right there, taking every post with it into a singularity and vanishing form all of existing, leaving only RLacey to mourn the inexplicable but oh-so-familiar feeling of having been cheated some pyrrhic victory in his hapless existence.

We do have a (privatized) post, but no longer any postal service. My mother worked at the postal service thirty years ago, and back then things were different.

Lately I've had a couple of issues with the post. Most notably, a new PSU for my (currently broken) Windows computer was sent to me over a month ago. I still haven't recieved it.

Wow we have a postal service and like 3 different private services in the US. If one of the services fails we just use another. There is the US postal service that has gotten better with it's going private and having competition.

And the persons who work at the main postal service are really jerwads (hate to say it, but it's true). They're rude, and never wrong. Which is the fly in the ointment, so to speak.
