"Philia" does not necessarily indicate that someone has strange tastes in love.

For example, a Philatophile does not want to sleep with postal stamps, but still loves stamps (in a non physical kind of way, you perverts. And don't you dare make jokes about licking stamps now.).

If I say that I am a Corvidophile, it means I am a really great fan of Corvids. I'll personally eviscerate anyone who dares suggest anything else. Oh, and I'll also sprinkle plenty of salt into their open wounds afterwards - And there will be a lot of open wounds, I tend to be a bit messy when eviscerating people.

I'm sure that none of us would even dare to suggest that you don't love Corvids .

And, though you're correct about the whole "philia" thing, Lee's post was - in context - talking about the evil thing. Probably.

And it's "sprinkle", Jazzy...

Did I mention I'd use a rusty glaive to do the eviscerating? Nice and blunt too.

Yes, if you value your life.

That's okay. I'm not a fair maiden, so I have nothing to fear from the Looney Ripper.

*begins changing all references to Jaz so that they say "Jaz the Ripper"*

Will there be red carpet and hordes of paparazzi taking pictures of us when we arrive?

That reminds me, I saw ravens for the first time the other day, there were about five of them sitting on top of the roof of a shopping centre. They were huge and had great screaming cries and ruffs on their necks. I was a bit afraid of them, actually. They really do seem menacing.

I love crows, they're awesome and smart.

Woohoo!! I made it through the storms but got more coming!!

Time to sing for Jaz

Blackbird singing in the dead of night
Take these broken wings and learn to fly
All your life
You were only waiting for this moment to arive
Blackbird singing in the dead of night
Take these sunken eyes and learn to see
All your life
You were only waiting for this moment to be free.

Blackbird fly, Blackbird fly
Into the light of a dark black night.

Blackbird fly, Blackbird fly
Into the light of a dark black night.

Blackbird singing in the dead of night
Take these broken wings and learn to fly
All your life
You were only waiting for this moment to arise
You were only waiting for this moment to arise
You were only waiting for this moment to arise

I used to know someone at school that would play that song whenever she picked up a guitar.
